Ever heard of a meta tag? Quite possibly not. But if you want your store to be successful, you should get acquainted with them. Meta tags make your site more visible on search engines. You can control the keywords your site is indexed under, as well as the page description that is displayed when your pages are found in a search. (Have you noticed when searching at somewhere like Lycos, Excite, or AltaVista that some "hits" have great descriptions, while others are just gibberish. The great descriptions come from meta tags!)
