    We are a multi-site church of about 5,000 with a growing streaming audience. We switched to YourHost a few months back and have been blessed by the excellent service and care provided to us.
    We recently purchased the Touchstream Unit made by Digital Rapids–thanks Yourhost for setting that up–and the unit has really delivered.
    Its hardware rendering takes the pressure off the software and produces an outstanding feed. It has almost no other applications loaded so almost of all of its “engine” is dedicated to the streaming. We also purchased storage from YourHost, and this has worked out great, allowing us to archive with relative ease.

    We would like to see improved analytics down the road–I’m not sure if Yourhost’s current analytics can tally unique ID’s, and if so I haven’t found out how (the total number of hits and page views is interesting, but we would to know how many new viewers we are attracting).

    All in all, we really have had a positive experience with the entire YourHost team, and look forward to working with you for years to come.

    I am a sound/worship guy and don’t know really anything about streaming. I first set up ustream but soon realized we didn’t want the advertisements. Also the quality was not very good. I called Eric at yourhost and he and James Chi walked us through all the way. Even helped look for a code glitch we had with IE8. The guys at yourhost were a great help and very pleasant.     Our church has been doing business with YourHost for over 10 years. In that time we’ve used them for live streaming and hosting. They are an extremely experienced company and are always on the cutting edge. When they move forward with a new technology, they walk you through step by step and make sure that everything is running smoothly. I have, and will, continue to recommend YourHost.

    These folks at YourHost.com are great! They really care. Not only do they care about being responsive and professional (yet fun) business / tech guys, but they also care about giving back and helping.

    I ran BlueHornet.com for many years (former CEO) and had countless experiences watching these guys help small and medium-sized businesses and individuals. They bend over backwards, they listen, and they are willing to try new ideas.

    What more can you ask? They now host and support many businesses that matter to me: ForeignAngels.org and ComfyRobes.com and others. They know how to keep email systems running, websites up all the tiem, and how to stream video…

    Two thumbs up! I recommend this company to anyone.

    I’m hearing good things about yourhost and I must admit that they are indeed great. I’m planning to try your service pretty soon. I heard your customer support team are great as well and that’s what I’m looking for.
