When site visitors give you information for the first time, eMS 3.0 automatically deploys a sign-up confirmation email for double opt-in security. Once the new subscriber confirms, the system's affirmative consent tracking feature remembers the date, time and IP address of opt in.

If a user thinks they may have been added to your database without consent, we provide an abuse tracking link, giving them a way to report suspected subscription abuse directly, without notifying a third party like their ISP or a SPAM reporting agency. Market Manager monitors abuse reports personally
to keep our good name clean.

Should a subscriber opt out of your database, BlueHornet deploys the latest list suppression technology to make sure the email address is removed across the platform and doesn't get re-imported.
